Adventures before Christmas 

Two years ago with my family we were gathered in the dining room when my mom said: "Hey, what do you say we take a trip to Esquipulas to spend Christmas and New Year's with the family that lives there, we all accepted since it would be a great surprise for the family that lives there. We thought it was a great idea so we started packing our bags to have everything ready the next day. 

The next day we all woke up very happy because it was going to be a very exciting and fun trip, when we left the house everyone had their belongings, but my mom lost her luggage because she was seeing my brother, my mom did not remember where she had left it so some time later she remembered that she had left it at home so we had to go back to our house. This delayed our trip a bit, but by this time it was almost lunch time, so we went to eat outside a shopping mall, then we continued with our trip, but we got lost because we didn't read the map. Which caused our trip to be delayed even more, and because of this we had to check into a hotel for the night.

We stayed at the hotel and saw that there were fun activities such as campfires, tents, games and more. So my brother and I were interested in living that experience of going camping, although it was not like a scout camp, but it was fun since we had never tried to set up a tent, my mom just watched us struggle and laughed.

The next day we got up and got ready to resume the trip, in a few hours we arrived in Esquipulas and went straight to my Uncle's house, and we gave them a big surprise since they did not expect to see us there.

Days later we went out with my mom to go sightseeing to see a little of all the places there and we bought some souvenirs to never forget this great adventure.
